We take the quality of our work and the safety and satisfaction of our clients very seriously. In the event that you are not happy with any aspect of our service, we would please ask that you bring your concerns immediately to our attention so that we may be able to resolve any issues that may exist.

If however, we are unable to resolve your complaint with our standard complaints procedure, as a ‘Which? Trusted Trader’, we use the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman to resolve disputes.
